Experimenting with wrapping/ binding found rusty items from my garden has formed part of my recent practice. By allowing the material to pigment using natural accelerants such as lemon juice and salt, and exposing these objects to natural weathering within the garden, a sense of the garden is captured. By unwrapping these sculptures, then using this rust stained material combined with items gathered from the forest to wrap a dead tree I aim to bring echoes of my garden into the wood, while absorbing an essence of King's Wood.
